With over 600 clinical hours (and counting), I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients from adolescence through to later life, each bringing their own unique story into the therapeutic space. I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling Studies and am currently completing a BSc in Counselling, with clear ambitions to progress to a Master’s and, ultimately, a PhD in Psychotherapy. Registered with the BACP, I work closely within its ethical framework, grounding my practice in professionalism, integrity, and care. My approach is flexible, empathic, and culturally sensitive. I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and major life transitions, as well as those navigating periods of change and adjustment. I value supporting individuals across diverse backgrounds and identities, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and strive to create a space that is affirming, inclusive, and non- judgemental. I also have a particular interest in men’s mental health, recognising the unique challenges men can face in reaching out for support and creating space where those conversations feel possible. My counselling journey began with a leap of faith — moving from studying history to pursuing therapy. That experience equipped me with skills in critical thinking, understanding human behaviour in context, and a curiosity about the stories that shape people’s lives — all of which now enrich my practice and help me support clients in exploring their own narratives. I offer therapy face-to-face, online, and via telephone, with a specialism in online counselling. To make that first step easier, I provide a free initial consultation, creating space to explore whether I’m the right fit for your journey. At the heart of my work is a simple drive: to hear you, see you, and provide a space where you feel safe, unjudged, and supported at your own pace. Whether in person, on screen, or over the phone, I aim to be a steady, grounded presence clients can rely on as they explore challenges and build resilience.
